Vacation and 5 year Anniversary

So I have been packing pretty much all week. If ever I thought that I took a lot of things on vacation I don't anymore. I have the bare essentials packed for myself and a giant duffel plus two bags for my daughter. Then there is my dog. My husband and I have nothing in comparison. Granted we are going about 6 hours away for 8 days and honestly if our car was bigger I would be bringing at least my jogging stroller also. I will write more about our trip later. We leave tomorrow morning hopefully at 1 or 2 AM so that baby girl sleeps most off the way. Well she should but who knows this is all new. I'm just praying all goes well and we have a nice first vacation with her. It is the longest we have taken as a couple also. Tomorrow the 11th is our 5 year wedding anniversary also. We hope to go out to eat together alone while we are there at this place just up the road from where we are staying. She will stay with my parents. This makes me excited as well as sad because the longest I have ever been away from her is one hour. I know crazy right? 9 months I have been with her 24/7. No I'm not crazy. I am however fueled by some bad things that happened to me during her birth because of my husbands family. Basically I don't at this time want them watching her so I haven't left her with anyone else either. Yep, issues ugh and drama that I hate but it is what is best right now.
